After confirming your event dates with the Bunn House, you will receive a formal proposal with detailed information and contracts. Signed contract documents and checks for 50% of event fee are due to reserve the date. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is due prior to the event and may be returned within thirty days after the event.

We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cashier’s checks.

If cancellation occurs more than two months prior to contracted event date then 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than two months prior to contracted event date the deposit is non-refundable.

The Bunn House is pleased to be partnering with Overjoyed Weddings & Events excited to give couples a seamless wedding experience. As our Preferred Wedding Planner, Overjoyed Weddings will manage bookings and coordinate most weddings at the venue to deliver consistent, high-quality events and simplified planning for our clients.
