This package is ideal for the couple that wants a special day without the crowds. An indoor ceremony option makes this a good option for any month of the year. Optional add-ons include a photographer, music, or pop-up picnic. To customize further, we can accommodate additional guests and offer them lodging as well.

After confirming your event dates with the Bunn House, you will receive a formal proposal with detailed information and contracts. Signed contract documents and checks for 50% of event fee, depending on the size of your event, a security deposit is required to hold the date. The refundable security deposit of $1000 is due at the signing of the contract and may be returned within thirty days after the event. Also, depending on the size of your event and number of guests, a credit card on file may be required.

We accept credit cards and cashier’s checks.

If cancellation occurs more than two months prior to contracted event date then 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded, the security deposit will also be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than two months prior to contracted event date the deposit is non-refundable, the security deposit will be refunded.

For elopement packages and nano wedding packages no wedding planner is required. For weddings that have up to 50 guests or larger (Micro wedding package and all custom packages) a certified wedding planner is required in order to ensure the planning and event day runs smoothly.
